Terms of Service
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of InstaMaster, including our website and the application at app.instamasterapp.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you agree on behalf of that business. Questions: support@instamasterapp.com.
1. The Service
InstaMaster helps you manage Instagram accounts: publishing and scheduling content, analytics, and optional automations such as comment replies, direct messages, likes and follows. InstaMaster is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, for everyone you give access to your workspace, and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly at support@instamasterapp.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Connecting Instagram accounts
You may connect only Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for complying with Instagram’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and Platform Terms.
About the unofficial connection. Besides the official Instagram API, the Service offers an optional unofficial connection that signs in with your Instagram username and password. This connection is not approved by Instagram. Using it may breach Instagram’s terms and can lead to verification prompts, action blocks, or the restriction or suspension of your Instagram account. You choose this option at your own risk. InstaMaster is not responsible for any action Instagram takes against your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or engage in deceptive or manipulative engagement;
- publish content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative, or that you do not have the rights to;
- access accounts or data without authorization, or collect personal data about others in violation of the law;
- interfere with, probe or overload the Service, or try to reach other customers’ data;
- resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
We may suspend automations or accounts that break these rules or put the Service or other customers at risk.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant InstaMaster a limited license to store, process and transmit it only as needed to provide the Service, for example to publish a video to the Instagram account you choose. You confirm that you have the rights needed to publish your content.
6. Plans, billing and cancellation
Free plan. The free plan includes one connected Instagram account and up to three published posts per rolling seven days. Automation modules are not included. All menus remain visible so you can evaluate the product.
Paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of a price change, and it will apply from your next billing period.
Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel at any time. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and are not renewed after that. Payments are non-refundable, including for partially used periods, except where the law requires otherwise. See Cancellation & Refunds.
7. Third-party services
The Service depends on Instagram, Meta and other third parties. Their features, limits and policies can change at any time. That can affect or interrupt parts of the Service, and it is outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular reach, engagement, follower growth or business result.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. There may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, you may cancel.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time from Settings, which permanently deletes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. Where reasonable, we will notify you first.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaMaster disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. InstaMaster is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for lost profits or revenue, or for the loss, restriction or suspension of any Instagram account. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify InstaMaster against claims arising from your content, from your use of the Service in breach of these terms, or from your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify active customers before the changes take effect. By continuing to use the Service after that, you accept the updated terms.
