Data Deletion

You can delete your InstaMaster account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what is removed. It applies to data we received through Google sign-in and through Instagram and Meta.

Delete it yourself

• Sign in at app.instamasterapp.com.
• Open Ayarlar (Settings) and go to Hesabımı Kapat (Close my account).
• Type SİL (or SIL) to confirm, then select Hesabımı ve Verilerimi Sil (Delete my account and data).

Deletion happens immediately. Only the workspace owner (admin role) can close a workspace.

Remove a single Instagram account

To disconnect one Instagram account but keep your workspace, open Instagram Hesapları (Instagram Accounts) and delete that account. Its credentials, queued videos, session files, analytics history and automation settings are deleted along with it.

Ask us to do it

If you can no longer sign in, email support@instamasterapp.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete your data. We will verify the request, delete your data, and confirm within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in details (name, email, Google identifier) and any team logins in your workspace.
• All connected Instagram accounts and their access tokens, passwords, app secrets, session and device files.
• Uploaded and queued videos, thumbnails, captions and schedules.
• Follower history, insights, hashtag lookups, automation settings and counters.
• Your plan and publishing records.

Copies in our daily backups are removed within 14 days. Content already published to Instagram stays on Instagram, because it belongs to your Instagram account. You can delete it there. You can also revoke InstaMaster’s access from your Instagram or Facebook settings under Apps and Websites.
